he Las Virgenes Municipal Water District (District) and Las Virgenes – Triunfo Joint Powers Authority (JPA) are seeking proposals from firms interested in in being a strategic partner with the District and JPA by providing qualified municipal advisory services including, but not limited to, evaluating financing options for major capital improvement projects, debt management, enhancing credit ratings, long-term strategic financial planning, managing bond issuances and alternative financing instruments. To be considered, the proposal must be emailed by 5:00 p.m. on September 1, 2023
