The City of Laguna Hills hereby invites qualified firms to submit a proposal to perform a Comprehensive User Fee Study. All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be in an 8.5 X 11 inch reproducible format. No email or faxed copies will be accepted. Five (5) copies of the Proposal, and One (1) unbound reproducible copy of same, must be received at the address noted below by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, January 19, 2024.
Respondents may contact the Finance Director, Eric Hendrickson, in writing for the sole purpose of clarifying the information specified in this RFP. The Finance Director may be reached by e-mail at ehendrickson@lagunahillsca.gov during the City’s business hours.
