The City of Napa requires professional financial auditing services (“Services”) for financial reporting purposes, in conformity with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board’s Codification of Governmental Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards, Section 2100. Using these criteria, component units are included in the City’s financial statements and will be audited as part of the audit of the City’s financial statements. Additionally, stand-alone reports will be required. Please see the link to the RFP.
