The City of Capitola (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive review of the City’s existing fees, rates, and charges. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is expected to result in a firm fixed price contract. All proposals must be submitted electronically to jmalberg@ci.capitola.ca.us no later than 5:00 P.M. on Friday August 4, 2023.
