RFP TITLE: Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering Consulting Services
RFP NUMBER: RFP-FS-2023-20-KO

The Judicial Council seeks proposals from firms to provide the services of qualified, properly licensed consultants with expertise in all phases of design, review, bidding support, and construction administration of public buildings for the repair, upgrade, or new installation for mechanical and plumbing engineering consulting services.

Multiple Consultants may be selected to enter into Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“ID/IQ”) contracts with the Judicial Council for the consulting services, or for the provision of the services they propose upon.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on
Tuesday February 20, 2024 at 10:00 AM, Pacific Time.

Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to solicitations@jud.ca.gov and must be received no later than Friday March 01, 2024, by 5:00 PM, Pacific Time.

Proposals must be received no later than
Wednesday March 13, 2024, by 2:00 PM, Pacific Time.

The Judicial Council will only accept Proposals in an electronic format. Consultants must submit their Proposals with all required contents in two parts: the Consultant’s Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) and the Consultant’s Cost Proposal (“Cost Proposal”). SOQ and Cost Proposal files must be emailed no more than three (3) days in advance of the proposal due date to the following email addresses:
