REGARDING: PHOENIX SAP HCM FOR HANA MAINTENANCE RENEWAL

PROPOSALS DUE:
April 15, 2024, NO LATER THAN 1:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME

The Judicial Council’s Phoenix Program manages an SAP system and requires support for the 58 California Trial Courts. The Program manages an SAP S4HANA on premise solution with license for HCM for HANA and as such requires maintaining license for the SAP HANA including the HCM for HANA. A prior agreement was executed for SAP to provide the HCM for HANA license and maintenance from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2026, plus two optional one-year terms thereafter. The Council requires replacement of this agreement with a new two-year agreement for maintenance only. The Council intends to award one Agreement with a two-year term from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026, and two optional extension terms of 1 year each.
