RFP Title: Structural Engineering Consulting Services

The Judicial Council seeks proposals from firms to provide the services of qualified, properly licensed consultants with expertise in all phases of the structural design, construction, and renovation of public buildings. It is anticipated that selected firms will provide structural design services including, but not limited to, assessment investigation, analysis, studies, site visits, creation of required reports, retrofit, new addition, or upgrade of an existing deficiency in the building systems.

It is anticipated that Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“ID/IQ”) contracts will be issued to multiple Consultants.

A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via video webinar using Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 1:00 PM, Pacific Time.

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Tuesday, March 12, 2024.

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Friday, April 5, 2024.

Only electronic proposals will be accepted. For electronic submission of proposals, email your proposal no more than three (3) days in advance of the proposal due date to the following email addresses:
