Sealed Proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City of Rancho Cordova, 2729 Prospect Park Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670, up to the hour of 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 14, 2023 and will be publicly opened and read for performing the work on the 2023 ADA Sidewalk Improvement Project- Phase 2 as follows:

Remove and replace PCC curb, gutter, sidewalk, and sidewalk ramps at various locations in the City of Rancho Cordova.

Estimated Construction Cost:$ 210,000 (Base + Alternate)

Bidders are hereby notified that this contract is subject to the Davis-Bacon Federal minimum wage rates and State prevailing wage rates. Pursuant to Section 110 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 and Section 1770, et. seq. of the California Labor Code.
