The work to be done under this contract consists, in general, of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and for doing all work necessary for excavating soils, managing stockpiles, and backfilling the excavation, as well as other items and details not mentioned above but described in these Special Provisions or shown on the Plans or Contract Documents or as designated by the engineer.
To plan a site visit please contact Kristine Courdy of the City of Rancho Cordova Public Works Department at (916) 851-8842 to arrange access prior to seven days before bid date and allow one day of prior notice to the city. Questions related to the bid are due by March 4, 2024 at 5:00 pm. Responses will be issued in writing through an addendum.
