Purpose of RFP: The City of Rancho Cordova is requesting proposals from consultants to produce an Economic Development Strategic Plan and Implementation Plan for the City. The City seeks responses from consultants demonstrating successful experience in a wide variety of economic development consulting services. Applicants should articulate a planning methodology that will lead to an actionable economic development strategy comprised of key objectives and the actions needed to achieve them. The consultant will be expected to produce a written report and actionable strategy that meets the needs of the City for the next three (3) years.
