The Sonoma County Junior College District (“The District”), dba Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) is requesting bids for Pilates equipment.
Questions must be emailed to Daniel Klempner, at dklempner@santarosa.edu NO LATER THAN 1/20/2023 at 5:00 PM (PT). If necessary, an addendum will be issued in response to vendor questions by 5:00 PM on 1/24/2023.
Bids are due NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM PDT on 1/31/2023.
Bids must be submitted via this electronic bidding system. No paper, fax or email responses will be accepted. Late submissions are not allowed and the electronic system times out at the deadline. All items marked with a red

require a response. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any non-substantive irregularities.
The Sonoma County Junior College District utilizes the college district website https://srjc.ionwave.net/Login.aspx and the Press Democrat (http://www.pressdemocrat.com/) for notification of formal solicitation opportunities. These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College District shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor’s responsibility to verify the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed.
