Sonoma County Junior College District, dba Santa Rosa Junior College is seeking proposals from established commercial providers for food service operations.
This RFP is being advertised in the Press Democrat on March 4 and 11, 2024.
Refer to the RFP schedule for key dates and times.
MANDATORY site visits will be held on March 15, 2024 at both the Santa Rosa Campus (10:00 am) and Petaluma Campus (2:00 pm). Vendors are to assemble in front of the food service operation. Refer to attached campus maps for location. A bid tutorial will be offered immediately following the Santa Rosa visit.
Vendor questions are due March 25, 2024 at 5 pm (PDT).

All proposals must be submitted through the electronic bid portal before the deadline of 2:00 pm (PDT) on April 8, 2024. No emailed, faxed or hard copy proposals will be accepted. All
