This is a Request for Proposals for District Annual Training Ammunition Supplies for the District's Public Safety Training Center and Police Department. Interested vendors should carefully review the solicitation document prior to submitting a proposal. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder(s) meeting the delivery requirement of 180 calendar days. Award will be done on a line item basis. This is NOT an all or none bid. If you do not have all line items available within the specifications stated, only bid the line item(s) you do carry meeting the District's required specifications. See Attachments Tab for Bid Specifications. Enter a $0.00 response for any items you want considered as no bid. The awarded vendor(s) will be required to deliver product that meets specifications, failure to comply may result in cancellation of award and re-award to the 2nd low bidder.
The District is conducting this process through electronic bidding. Late submissions are not allowed, the electronic bid system times out at the deadline. No paper, fax or email responses will be accepted.
Bid items FOB destination with shipping included in unit price. No shipping charges will be added to purchase order.
All price responses are to be without sales tax. Current sales tax will be added when purchase order(s) issued.
Separate purchase orders may be issued by our Public Safety Training Center and our District Police departments.
Quantities for both departments are combined on this bid.
All items marked with a red * require a response.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any non-substantive irregularities.
This RFP is being advertised in the Press Democrat on April 27, 2023 & May 4, 2023. The Sonoma County Junior College District utilizes the college district website https://srjc.ionwave.net/Login.aspx and the Press Democrat (http://www.pressdemocrat.com/) for notification of formal solicitation opportunities. These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College District shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor’s responsibility to verify the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed.

4/27/2023 & 5/04/2023– This solicitation is advertised in the Press Democrat.
No later than 5/05/2023 at 2:00PM PT Submit all questions to Buyer via email to

No later than 5/10/2023 at 2:00PM PT Addendum will be issued (if needed) with all vendor’s questions and answers posted electronically.3
5/17/2023 at 1:00PM PT – Bid submittal deadline.
Purchase Orders will be issued after award approval by the Board of Trustees at their next scheduled meeting on 6/13/2023.
