This is an Invitation to Bid for the Shone Farm Fencing Phase 3 Project. This project requires license C-13 Contractors License. Vendor is responsible for downloading all applicable documents included in this bid event. The estimated budget for this project is $99,000.00 dollars. This is a CUPCCA bid for pre-qualified CUPCCA contractors.

There will be Mandatory Bidders Conference scheduled for this project on February 8, 2024, at 10AM meeting at Shone Farm Pavilion (7450 Steve Olson Lane, Forestville, CA 95436. Architect for this project is Linda Mao of Finney Architects at linda@finneyarchitects.com The Bidder's Bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California as a surety, made payable to the district, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid must be attached to the vendor's response.

Vendor technical questions must be submitted via email to Linda Mao at FA @ linda@finneyarchitects.com on or before February 14, 2024, at 3 pm, if an addendum is required it will be issued no later than February 21, 2024. Bid responses are due by 1PM on February 26, 2024. Once the deadline has passed the electronic bid system will not allow late submissions.

Bids will be opened electronically and distributed via email to all bid participants on February 26, 2024, Sonoma County Junior College utilizes the college district website https://srjc.ionwave.net/Login.aspx . These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor’s responsibility to verify the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed. Time of completion for this project is Sixty (60) working days from NTP and Liquidated damages are $100 per day.
