The Sonoma County Junior College District (“District”) dba Santa Rosa Junior College is pre-qualifying general and MEP contractors who wish to submit bids for the SRJC Tauzer Gym Renovation Project (“Project”). This pre-qualification is for contractors holding the following California contractor's licenses: B (General Building), C-20 (HVAC), C-10 (Electrical), or C-36 (Plumbing).
Contractors must submit a completed pre-qualification questionnaire on or before the deadline of
November 9, 2022 at 5 pm (PT)
. All submissions must be done electronically - no faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted. Please note all items marked with a red

are required items. No late submissions are allowed and the IonWave electronic system times out at the deadline.
A non-mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on October 17, 2022 at 10 am via Zoom. The Meeting ID is 834 8244 6950 and the password may be found in the schedule of the solicitation requirements document or you may email the Buyer of Record below.
All questions must be submitted via email to the attention of Jessica Lofgren, Buyer of Record, at jlofgren@santarosa.edu on or prior to October 26, 2022 by end of business day - 5 pm (PT). An addendum will be issued, if needed, through the IonWave electronic portal containing responses to contractor questions on or before October 31, 2022.
Contractors must complete the pre-qualification questionnaire and general contractors must also submit their most recent reviewed financial statement. Once a contractor’s pre-qualification statement is submitted, the District will evaluate the information and notify the contractor if pre-qualification requirements are met. Eligible contractors will then be entitled to submit bids for the SRJC Tauzer Gym Renovation Project.
If two or more business entities seek pre-qualification on this project as a joint venture, or expect to pre-qualify as part of a joint venture, each entity within the joint venture must separately qualify to be selected.
Sonoma County Junior College utilizes the college district website https://srjc.ionwave.net/Login.aspx and the Press Democrat (http://www.pressdemocrat.com/) for notification of formal solicitation opportunities.
These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the contractor’s responsibility to verify the validity of all RFQ information received by sources other than those listed.
This request for qualifications (RFQ) event is being advertised in the Press Democrat on October 7 & 14, 2022.
