This is a request for quote for printing of parking permits. Vendors are required to submit pricing information for all items provided. THE TERM OF THE AWARD WILL BE A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS RENEWABLE ANNUALLY BASED ON SATISFACTORY VENDOR PERFORMANCE AND WRITTEN MUTUAL CONSENT.
Once quote is awarded the vendor will receive applicable art work for orders placed. The Vendor will create proofs for approval. The awarded vendor will be required to deliver product that meets technical specifications, failure to comply may result in cancellation of award and re-award to the 2nd low bidder. The quote will be awarded on an "all or none" basis in the best interest of the District to the lowest responsible and responsive vendor meeting specifications. Deliveries will be made to the SRJC Warehouse in Santa Rosa, CA. Questions regarding this quote may be submitted via email to Daniel Klempner, assigned Buyer at dklempner@santarosa.edu on or before March 10, 2023 by 5:00PM PST, if needed, an addendum containing responses to questions will be issued on March 15, 2023. All bids are due Friday, March 24, 2023 by 5pm PDT.
All items marked with a red * are required items, the system will not allow vendor to submit unless all items are answered and required attachment included.
All proposals must be submitted electronically, no hard copy proposals will be accepted. The system times out at the deadline for proposals, no late submittals will be allowed.
