The City of Woodland (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms for janitorial services (“Services”), which shall be provided under the general direction of the General Manager or their designee.

The City desires an outcome that will ensure that its investment will serve the needs of the City, now and in the future. Therefore, the Services will achieve the following objective: Provide a level of janitorial services that will present a pleasing and desirable appearance at all times for all designated locations.
