RFP Performance Review of the City of Woodland's Solid Waste Franchise

Request for Proposal

The City of Woodland (City) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a performance review of the City's franchise solid waste hauler, Waste Management (WM). The performance review will cover WM's operations for the period of October 18, 2017 through June 30, 2023 as they relate to the provision of services in Woodland. The City's solid waste hauler franchise agreement is set to expire on December 31, 2025.

Proposal Due Date: August 16, 2023 @ 3:00 p.m.

Any questions relating to the RFP or the project shall be directed in writing to Rosie Ledesma, Environmental Resources Program Manager, by August 2, 2023 by one of the following methods:
