The County of San Joaquin is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) for its Correctional Healthcare Services Department. This RFP is the first step for Correctional Healthcare Services (CHS) in procuring an Electronic Health Record (EHR). The purpose of this RFP is to understand the EHR from the proposer’s perspective regarding functional and technical capabilities and to receive associated pricing. The proposer should take this opportunity to present the key attributes of their system, as well as the methodology of why a correctional EHR needs those attributes.
