The County of San Joaquin is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for its Employment & Economic Development Department. SCOPE: San Joaquin County’s Employment and Economic Development Department (EEDD) is seeking qualified, experienced individuals/organizations to provide ongoing technical assistance throughout Program Year 2023-2024 and Program Year 2024-2025 (July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2025) to support the delivery of county-wide WIOA services. Technical assistance will primarily be provided in person but may include virtual sessions. Services shall be provided to the local WIOA Youth contracted service provider(s) and in coordination/consultation with EEDD staff to ensure alignment with local policies for WIOA service provision. The EEDD seeks to engage in one contract for the services being sought.
