RFP 421-04-05-24 FUSD Solar Phase 1 - Material Testing and Inspection Services

Fremont Unified School District (District) is requesting proposals from Inspector of Record Firms to provide a scope of services as outlined in this RFP for the District proposed FUSD Solar Phase 1 project.

All questions regarding this project should be directed to Bo Liu, Cumming Group at Botao.liu@cumming-group.com. The subject line of the email must reference the project Bid #. Questions must be submitted by April 19, 2024. Questions received less than six (6) calendar days prior to April 26, 2024 may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.

Respondents to this RFP shall submit an electronic copy of their proposals via email and clearly state in the subject line “Project Inspector Services RFP – FUSD SOLAR Phase 1 Project”, to:

ALL RESPONSES ARE DUE BY 2:00 P.M., on Friday, April 26, 2024. Any Submittal received after that date and time will not be accepted. Faxed or mailed responses will not be accepted.

Each submittal must conform and be responsive to the request.

Respondent is responsible for reading this RFP in its entirety.
