Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the Certificate of Insurance Tracking and Monitoring Services. Contractor shall provide insurance certificate reviewing, cataloging, and tracking services by staff available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Contractor must provide on-line access to the insurance certificates via a web-based solution that is available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, as well as maintenance and support of the proposed System.

An on-line Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. PT. Additional details pertaining to the Pre-Proposal Conference can be found in Section 3.6 of the RFP.

It is strongly recommended that all Proposers attend this conference to ensure a complete understanding of the details of this RFP.
