The Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit time & materials proposals from qualified firms with the experience, expertise and qualifications to support in research design and evaluation, technology performance assessments, business case development, and market evaluations to support SMUD’s EES and R&D departments on all aspects of evaluation, measurement & verification (EM&V) services; research design and evaluation for laboratory trials, field research studies, and model development; and, relevant market research and other research support, as appropriate.
