The Proposer shall provide project resources with extensive change management (CM) and communication expertise in the implementation of Enterprise change efforts [Application/System/Initiative] to facilitate a successful implementation and adoption. The CM effort will be grounded by, but not limited to, leveraging Prosci’s methodology and tool set. Adoption will be measured through metrics established during discovery and planning and supported beyond project implementation.
The organizational change management effort associated with enterprise projects will, at a minimum:
The Proposer will work directly with and under the guidance of SMUD’s Enterprise Change (EC) staff and project team.Define and communicate roles and responsibilities.Lead change initiative through the change life cycle.Ensure end-users understand the changes introduced by the new application, the benefits of those changes, and the processes that directly affect them.Ensure minimum negative and maximum positive impacts on the end-users’ ability to perform their work.Ensure business unit readiness.Support adoption post go-live.
