Kern Behavioral Health & Recovery Services (KernBHRS) Department, is seeking to establish two (2) service providers to implement Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) and other specialty mental health services to children and youth up to the age of 21. The TFC service model is a short-term, intensive, highly coordinated, trauma-informed, and individualized rehabilitative service covered under Medi-Cal that is provided to a child/youth with complex emotional and behavioral health needs.
