Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and incidentals required for the replacement of a wall AC unit, fire door maintenance, ceiling and wall repair, fire alarm monitoring control panel replacement, fire sprinkler testing, panic lock installation, electrical outlet and exposed wire replacement, preventative maintenance and obtaining the proper permit for a Portable EV Station Charger, all while ensuring compliance with relevant state and national fire safety regulations, testing, and certification for the South Region Maintenance Office in Los Angeles.
