The Contractor shall provide, on a statewide basis, all labor, materials, supplies,
transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to provide candy to the
California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR).
The Contractor must
provide, at minimum, ¿Required Flavor Types¿ or flavor types that are substantially the same
as the Required Flavor Types listed below. The Contractor may provide additional flavors;
however, all flavors listed by the Contractor in the Bid Proposal (Exhibit B) must be provided.
