Contractor shall provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all materials, supplies, equipment, labor, travel, and incidentals necessary for vehicle class counts, vehicle non-class counts, and data reporting. The services shall be performed statewide at various Caltrans Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 locations. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB as Attachment 11 for a more complete description of services.
