The Contractor must provide non-flammable, metallic, industrial grade scaffolding with qualified supervision, labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment (including personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment), and incidentals required to erect, install, and dismantle OSHA compliant scaffolding at various worksites when requested by DWR. The Contractor must possess a Class D-39 License from the California State Contractor¿s License Board.
