Description:
The CDPH, Human Resources Division - Health and Safety Section is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide respirator medical evaluation and respirator fit testing to CDPH staff (employees, contractors, Federal assignees, trainees, EIS officers, etc.) throughout the state. Medical evaluations and fit test procedures must be in compliance with Cal/OSHA CCR Title 8 Section 5144. Fit testing methods shall also conform to the ANSI standard Z88.10-2010.
