22-409 Oversight of Traffic Violator School (TVS) Classroom Instruction and Ongoing Review of TVS Business Offices and Branch Business Offices.
Purpose and Description of Services:
1. Oversight of Traffic Violator School (TVS) classroom instruction and ongoing review of TVS business offices and branch business offices. Term: 3/4/2023 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, thru 02/28/2025 with a DMV option to extend twelve (12) months additional. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
2. This is a multiple award solicitation. Contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder for each service area included in Exhibit F. Bidders may bid on a single service area or multiple service areas. Contract awardees must provide services to all offices included within the service areas they are awarded. In the event a bidder is determined to be the lowest responsive/responsible bidder for multiple service areas, the DMV may award a single contract to the bidder that includes all service areas awarded to the bidder.

Estimated total Contract Cost : $2,266,146.70
Written Questions Regarding IFB due by 10:00 a.m. on 2/21/2023.
