The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (hereinafter called the "IFB") is to solicit bids from qualified vendors to provide the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) with all labor, equipment (including but not limited to tools, dollies, hand trucks, etc.), transportation (including but not limited to fuel, mileage, parking, etc.), travel, licenses, permits, supervision, and any other item of expense, direct and indirect, necessary for the pick-up, temporary storage, delivery, and installation of electric sit-stands, manual sit-stands, chairs, and keyboard trays to support FTB's Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Home Equipment effort. The RA Home Equipment effort allows FTB employees who have RA office equipment (i.e., electric/manual sit-stands, chairs, keyboard trays) to be eligible to request this equipment to be delivered to their home when working remotely.
