Contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide monthly preventative maintenance, on-site repair, weekly reports, and annual preventative maintenance for the Roadway Weather Information System (RWIS) and Portable Changeable Message Signs (PCMS) in addition to RWIS data hosting/management for Caltrans, District 11 East Region, remotely and at various stations along Interstate 8 in San Diego and Imperial Counties.
