Electronically Submitted Portable Document File (PDF) Bid Document Packages will be accepted at ContractBidReceipt.GoldFields@parks.ca.gov by the Department of Parks & Recreation¿s (DPR) Gold Fields District until 10 a.m. on March 13, 2024 to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to: furnish and maintain 8 regular and 2 ADA portable chemical toilet units for three rafting seasons from the period of May 25th to September 30th of year 2024, 2025 and 2026, complete and ready for use as specified below in accordance with the scope of work, service specifications and contract documentation. Contractor hereby certifies that all services performed are not a Loss Leader. Services shall be complete and ready for use in accordance with the contract documentation, scope of work and services quote form for stipulated sums which shall include all applicable expenses such as permits, taxes, etcetera. Please note: This contract is subject to cancellation as the need for these services is contingent upon the US Forest Services¿ continued road closure to the customary raft put-in. Once the road is reopened, this contract will be terminated.
