Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) preventative maintenance, repairs, testing, reporting, and inspection for three (3) Unilux #ZF 350W-FE3-MH-LB Water Tube Boilers.
The services shall be performed at Caltrans District 7 office facility, located at 100 South Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 in Los Angeles County.
Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFPQ as Attachment 9 for a more complete description of services.
