WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - Los Angeles County
The Department of General Services is looking for approximately 7,639 nusf comprised of roughly 3,400 nusf of warehouse space and 4,239 nusf of office space in Los Angeles County plus parking spaces to Code. Property should also include approximately 4,000 square feet of yard space.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance. Please refer to http://energystar.gov for further details.
