PROJECT GOALS
Cal Poly desires to engage with a design-builder in a goal-setting process for the purpose of upgrading several facets of CAFES dairy science program by achieving the following project goals
¿
Integrate an automated robotic milking and feeding system
¿Installation of critical food safety equipment and operational needs at the Creamery
¿Combine hay storage and distribution operations by constructing a new or renovating existing hay barn.
