The purpose of this RFO is to select one (1) experienced NICE CXone Technical Developer with experience, knowledge and expertise in contact center business operations, NICE CXone products, and cloud application development to work within the Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) Division. The NICE CXone Technical Developer will understand the business requirements with respect to multi-channel workload forecasting, scheduling, service performance, quality assurance, customer surveys, and back-office operations to design and develop a contact center application that meets the business needs as more fully described in Exhibit A, Statement of Work.
