The California Department of Education (CDE), Career and College Transition Division (CCTD), Community Schools Office (CSO) is seeking proposals from eligible bidders to design and administer a formative evaluation program for the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP).

The goal of the formative evaluation will be to assess the progress that is being made in implementing the CCSPP in terms of district and school-level practices and provision of services as outlined in the CCSPP statute and California Community Schools Framework (Framework), and to assess the progress that is being made in student outcomes (as described in the Framework and this document) in the schools receiving funding.

Bidders are required to submit an Intent to Submit a Proposal, mailed or emailed, that must be received no later than January 10, 2024, at 5:00 pm PST. The Intent to Submit a Proposal does not require an organization to submit a proposal, however, a proposal will not be accepted unless an Intent to Submit a Proposal is submitted on time.
