Provide professional architectural and engineering design, for the Preliminary Plans, Working Drawings, and Construction Administration phases of the above project.
All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.
The estimated cost of construction for the project is $65,000,000.00. The estimated duration of this contract will be 52 months.
