The District is releasing this solicitation with the intent to award a single contract for Trash Labor Services. The District is seeking a qualified and experienced bidder to provide trash labor services to support the San Diego County Fair and other large events throughout the year as needed. Services include, but are not limited to, emptying over 600 trash containers and replacing liners, and keeping the fairgrounds free of trash and litter using hand operated pickers and blowers to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all fairgoers and event attendees.
