Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Operation and Maintenance of Water Treatment Systems, including all distribution systems, and three (3) Reverse Osmosis Systems, as well as collection, analyzing and reporting of water samples at various Safety Roadside Rest Areas (SRRA) and Caltrans Facilities in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Contractor agrees to collect drinking water samples from various locations and transport the samples to a certified lab for analyses.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, travel and equipment necessary operate and maintain water treatment systems and to collect water samples from various Caltrans District 8 Facilities within San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Contractor shall report analysis results to Caltrans Contract Manager and the State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB), Division of Drinking Water (DDW).
