Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, travel, vehicles, and incidentals to perform backflow testing and certification of backflow prevention devices, at various locations in the counties of Humboldt, Lake, Mendocino, Trinity, and Del Norte.
Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of this Agreement, a valid, current Class A General Engineering or C-36 Plumbing Contractor license issued by the California Contractor¿s State License Board (CSLB).
Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and
current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
