You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled 23-205 ¿ Removal and Replacement of Carpet Tile, Cove Base, and Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) at the Hemet DMV Field Office
Floor Replacement at the Hemet DMV Field Office. Term: Fourteen (14) calendar days within a term of sixteen (16) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
The bidder shall possess a valid C-15 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
Mandatory pre-bid conference:12/06/2023 10:00 a.m.
Written questions regarding IFB are due by: 12/13/2023 4:00 p.m.
Written responses to questions released by: 12/19/2023 4:00 p.m. Final date for bid submission: 12/262023 N/A
Date of bid opening: 12/27/2023 11:00 a.m.
