DIR is committed to providing a healthy workspace for all employees and clients. Considering various health and safety measures taking place within our office environment state-wide, DIR seeks a trusted environmental expert as a partner to protect the health of people and reduce risk and liability. There is a need to maintain a healthful environment for employees and visitors with respect to Legionella and other waterborne pathogens. All leased DIR buildings outlined in this scope of work require comprehensive regular water sample testing in collaboration with DIR. An investigation in conjunction with scheduled water sample testing is necessary to determine the safety of DIR staff and the public at these buildings.
