Term: February 1, 2023, or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through January 31, 2026.
See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
Current contractor and cost: Neopost USA, Inc. now Quadient, Inc. Automatic feeder capable of processing at least 60 envelopes per minute cost $15,984 per quarter. Automatic feeder capable of processing at least 95 envelopes per minute cost $11,856 per quarter.
Estimated Budget $576,000.00 for a three (3) year term TOTAL.
DVBE waived.
