You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) entitled HSR 23-16 - Balcony Demolition and Door-to-Window Conversion Services.
The purpose of this IFB is to contract with a contractor to provide the California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) all labor (including administrative costs), license and permit fees, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision; provide applicable planning, protective measures, and reporting; and pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, travel costs, and other costs incidental to the work to perform balcony demolition and repair services, which includes balcony access door removal services, balcony doorway reframing services, 59.5 inches wide by 47.5 inches high window installation services, wall repainting services, and applicable backfilling services.
Bidder Qualifications:
Class B General Building Contractor license, C-21 Building Moving/Demolition Contractor license, C-17 Glazing Contractor license, and C-33 Painting and Decorating Contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
