The Contractor shall perform Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) on an ¿as needed¿ basis and will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment, parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, licenses, bonds, permits, supervision, inspection, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation¿s (CDCR), Inmate Ward Labor (IWL) at the California Health Care Facility, 7707 Austin Road, Stockton, California 95215.
