Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide effluent groundwater monitoring, analysis, and reporting, collect wastewater monitoring samples, and perform routine system maintenance at the R.E. Collier Safety Roadside Rest Area (SRRA) Wastewater Treatment System.

The bidder must have at time of bid submittal and for the duration of this Agreement, a valid, current Geologist or Civil Engineer license issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) and appear on the DCA listing to certify (sign and stamp) the quarterly and annual maintenance and monitoring reports that are submitted to the Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board.

All water testing must be performed by a laboratory with a valid Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) Certification with the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and appear on the list of Certified Laboratories.

Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). A Laboratory performing only the lab testing is exempt from the registration.
