Description:
The Contractor will provide to the Department of Water Resources (DWR), roofing repair services on an as-needed basis at various DWR locations throughout the State of California.
The Prime Contractor will be an experienced firm providing commercial roofing services on a full-time basis as its principal business for a minimum of 5 years. No other construction experience may be used as a substitute for the 5-year requirement.
